岗位职责：
1、 负责市场和销售的正常运转；
2、 制定规定IC销售战略；
3、 指导IC生产线，制定市场拓展战略；
4、 在市场销售部门加强团队合作。

任职要求：
1、 电子工程专业的学士学历；
2、 在电子行业有至少八年的市场销售经验，并且要在生产线方面有5年的管理经验；
3、 熟悉IC行业以及消费电子领域；
4、 具有能动性和创新性，有团队合作技能，以及良好的沟通技能；
5、 英语口语以及读写流利。
