岗位职责：
1、 指导研发小组完成从模拟IC设计，验证到大规模生产的整个过程。
2、 指导研发小组制定在IC设计规则方面的标准作业程式
3、分配设计工作以及加强整个研发小组间不同职能人之间的团队合作意识。

任职要求：
1、 微电子专业学士学历，硕士或博士学位的优先考虑。
2、 在模拟电路领域有至少八年的设计经验，并且有3年以上的部门管理经验。
3、 熟悉模拟电路设计程序。
4、 具有能动性以及创新性，有良好的团队合作能力以及良好的沟通技能。
