AETS (Packaging)

AETS position for Packaging market, to provide technical support to BD team to grow packaging business in China. The key responsibilities including :
?Closely working with Packaging commercial team to grow the business to meet the revenue target.
?Technical trainings to customers and distributors, provide technical solutions and formulation support responding to customers' requests
?Customer calls to promote DC products, trouble shooting and product trials to the customers and capture any issues and new opportunities.
?Collect the unmet customer needs and translate into internal technical language for potential new opportunities.
?Close working with project teams in the customization excellence projects or product line projects as key application engineer for application testing, customer qualification, etc.

Qualification:
?BSc in Chemistry, chemical engineering or material sciences
?>5 years industry experience in paper coating, with work experience as application engineer, formulation development or technical service on release coating or PSA applications. Knowledge on Silicone release coating or silicone PSA will be an add on.
?Hand on experience on paper release coating or PSA applications, be able to work in the lab to provide technical support for customers or internal projects.
?Quick learning capabilities, customer focused attitude, team player, good communication skill for both internal and external audiences.
?Well organized and structured work style, strong problem solving skills.
?Good English skills, be able to communicate within global technical network.
?The job requires travel (approx. 20% of the working time)
