我们的客户是一家跨国著名美资化工公司,在中国发展迅速,总投资额已超过15亿美元。截至目前,分别在北京、广州、深圳、成都、香港和台北设有6个办事处,并在张家港和上海建有2个主要生产基地和1个商务技术中心,中国区总部设在上海。为全国各地的客户提供各种产品和服务,并将全球领先的有机硅产品、服务以及生产技术逐步带入中国。


Share approx 60:40% time split between the company China sites (SJ, ZJG) based upon site project and portfolio needs.
v Provide “China MES voice” and participate on teams to define and implement continuous improvement opportunities for application development & support processes to achieve operational excellence
v Design and develop manufacturing applications following the Application Development & Maintenance Processes and Procedures.
o Participate in engagement/user sessions to gather application requirements
o Develop technical specification documents, which include (data modeling, screen layouts, report layouts, hardware architecture, security, test cases, etc.)
o Provide consultation and coordination for MES application development deliverables constructed offshore
o Construct application components, which includes (development or use of reusable code, code walkthroughs, adhere to development standards, unit testing, support documentation)
o Participate in technical and end user testing
o Participate in application implementation
o Ensure support documentation and application knowledge is transferred to service provider for 2nd level support
v Continue to develop skill improvement through external/internal training and self-study in targeted areas by documenting and sharing knowledge with other team members or applying skill successfully on projects or 2nd level support.
v Provide operational support and consulting for the company China sites (SJ, ZJG) as required.
v Provide 2nd level break-fix problem resolution for assigned technologies and end-user technical support (after Helpdesk) for internally developed or third party purchased application software. Based on problem resolution priority, may require 7X24 support.
