Our customer is an European Chemical company with the Gr. China HQ in Shanghai

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the salary survey, lead the process of job marching, job evaluation, data analysis, independently provide market competitiveness analysis, salary structure review proposal,
Lead the C&B related projects, such as benefits and program review, market study and benchmark, Independently and proactively provide insight and recommendation;
Well communicate the C&B philosophy, methodology, knowledge and related program practice with managers and employees. Deploy C&B communication activities to the client groups;
Develop and deliver C&B related training and workshop.
Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing market price to develop competitive compensation plan in line with Company business strategy
It is required to have coaching and facilitating skill to help managers and employee with C&B topics
Manage the related internal process, such as salary planning, insurance review renewal…
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level;
Preferably 5 years plus working experience in HR / Consultancy related roles with a proven performance track record;
Strong C&B knowledge and experience
Effective interpersonal skill, strong team player;
Clear and effective communication skills, strong influence skill,
Strong analytical and consulting skills,
Able to work independently and effectively in changing environments;
Result driven;
Fluent at written and spoken English
