Our customer is a U.S company, the world’s premier provider of standard-setting systems and device components for parenterally administered medicines. It is building new plants in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone.

Responsibility：

Work close with HR director to responsible for the all HR functional jobs and specially focus on the recruiting and train job.

Recruiting:

Work with HR manager and line managers on people planning and recruitment needs and qualifications, facilitate the identification and selection of talent. Identify and present candidates to Hiring Managers. Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time

Take use of professional interview method to identify and select right people

Aligned with business needs, set up, follow up and monitor HC planning.

Analyzes staffing data and provides monthly operations report to follow up recruitment status and to keep improving recruitment efficiency.

Systematically analyze talent market & competitor status

Training:

• Organize orientation programs for new hires
• Organize the training programs for internal employees according to the training plan.
• Lay out the annual and monthly training plans and ensure the implementation;
• Establish the training management and assessment process;
  
  
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree
• More than 7 year in HR function and 3 more years in recruiting and training function
• Familiar with all HR functional jobs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of oral and written English
• Able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure;
