Responsibilities:
1. Providing legal advice to company and business units in China on daily operation
2. Advising and negotiating China investment projects
3. Advising new laws and legal environment concerning the company's business strategy as well as modified business models;
4. Providing legal training to employees
Qualification:
· University degree in Chinese law
· 5+ years working experience with law firms and multinational companies' legal department
· Excellent English and Chinese in writing and speaking
· Strong communication skills and conflicting-handling skills
