Job Responsibilities
* Receive all incoming calls and answer in a professional manner
* Responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda
* Provide guests or customers greeting, support/coordinate visits with other executives, etc.
* Manage all aspects of personal assistant activities
* Prepare presentations, documents, reports and correspondence in a timely and accurately manner
* Provide general routine support work (such as photocopying , binding, fax distribution, etc)
Candidate Requirement
* Very strong coordination and organization skills
* Fluent in English & Mandarin (both oral and written)
* Extremely strong interpersonal skills
* Stable, reliable, hardworking, flexible
* Meticulous attention to details, high work standards
