Working with HR team and Business Heads in China Talent acquisition
Decrease time to fill open positions by utilizing all available resources to source, qualify, recommend and recruit top talent
Agency partner development and management
Improve overall bench strength by driving a structured interview and skill based selection process
Reduce recruiting costs by developing an effective pipeline of key talent
Conduct the full range of employment activities, effective headcount management & utilization to meet business needs
Analysis of headcount report and staff movement/turnover rate etc
Conduct Campus Recruitment and Joint University Program
Other recruitment tasks as assigned
