职位描述
Responsibilities:
* Prepare business results analysis, monthly rolling forecasting and provide budgeting support.
* Monitor and analyze the variance to evaluate the operation performance.
* Drive improvement in process, with the objective of improving financial forecast accuracy
* Provides analytical support for evaluation of business growth opportunities and serves as the financial partner with various business teams to meet continuous improvement and productivity targets.
Qualifications
* University degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, Finance/Accounting/Tax certification (CPA/CFA/ACCA) or MBA is a good plus
* Proactive and got the passion for FP&A
* Minimum 5 years finance working experience and 3 years finance analysis working experience in MNC
* Excellent English in both written and verbal
* Good communication skills and inter-departmental relationship
