该岗位base在项目

岗位职责：

招聘强电、弱电、中央空调运行及维修、给排水、电梯、综合维修等相关工程技术人员

1、做好设备的维护保养工作，接到报修任务及时处理；

2、保证管理范围内的各系统、设备正常运行；

3、 个人分管设备、设施的巡视和保养维护；

4、检查（验收）设备的运行情况，报告运行故障和报修结果；及时处理客户报修；

5、服从上级领导的安排，完成任务；

6、完成领导安排的其他工作，服从公司的工作安排。

任职资格：

1、25-50岁，中专或以上学历；

2、两年以上物业工程部工作经验；

3、持有相关工程技术岗位证书，具备项目设施设备管理能力；

4、良好的身体素质，沟通和表达能力。工作稳定性良好；                                                                     

5、强弱电证书、空调中高级证书、电梯管理证优先聘用
