Position: Senior Officer, Tax

JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Tax compliance of PRC tax policies and standard tax operating processes across all serviced legal entities in China;
2. Coordinating and dealing with export tax refund issues;
3. Assisting in tax audit and feedback to inquiries from tax authorities;
4. Tax analysis and advice on business development;
5. Risk assessment in current tax operating procedure and new tax policy implementation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monthly prepare all tax declaration forms and produce VAT reconciliation between accounting booking and VAT declaration form;
2. Monthly prepare routine export tax refund declaration, produce non-refundable VAT cost by product and report internally about those exports who are approaching the declaration deadline;
3. Double-check and coordinate tax declarations of remote operational branches;
4. Prepare quarterly advanced CIT declaration, and complete annual CIT return filing;
5. To be as a withholding tax agent to handle tax issue of non-trade foreign exchange payment;
6. Collect latest tax regulation and survey on how to be implemented in different geographic tax authorities;
7. Internal communication and training to local financial staff of remote operational branch.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree or above from finance and accounting related university
2. Over 5 years working experience with at least 3 years tax experience in multinational manufacturing company
3. Strong analytical and organization skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English is a must
6. Work independently and is a self-motivator
