Objectives of the position
1. Efficient management of the order fulfillment processes in order to secure and enhance business opportunities.
2. Handle customers' inquiries/non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies/procedures.

Representative Main Tasks
1.Understand the respective order management process and perform independently daily order operation. (i.e. managing the customer orders, sample orders, monitoring order documents and AR, keeping customer master up-to-date, updating sales timely for ongoing orders, and responsing to the customer about the order states as well as the non-conformity handling update efficiently and effectively);
2.Operate correctly with the application systems (i.e.SAP/e-solution/LN/Microsoft office and office equipment), ensure the clean and reliable data pool in system for assigned customers;
3.Coordinate with respective planner and sales to achieve Aging Stock, Forecast Accuracy, Delivery Performance target;
4.Keep an ordinary working space and setup a clear filing system to enable the reliable backup operation;
5. Team player and cooperative within OTC community (i.e. S/M, FU, EHS etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Colleague degree or above;
2. 1 year in trading company, better in Chemical company;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, SAP operation Knowledge.
