JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. Process and monitor customer orders to ensure the defined customer service levels are met
2. Efficient management of the order fulfilment processes (order to cash process) in order to secure and enhance business opportunities
3. Handle customers' inquiries and complaints

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Order Life Cycle Management
1) Receive customer orders and check stock availability/credit limit (Order Confirmation)
2) Create sales order in system (Order Creation)
3) Prepare Sales Contract
4) Provide customer support for the entire product range (product availability, order confirmation, etc.)
5) Prepare and follow up on all documentation required for order execution
6) Monitor the progress of order until delivery is received by customers (Order Monitoring)
7) Ensure all orders are followed up, all steps are performed and orders are closed (Order Closing)
8) Register and follow up Non Conformance Management (NCM)
9) Responsible for entire L/C processing (if applicable)
10) Monitor payments and follow up customers' account receivables
11) Responsible for rebate and discount settlement in system.
12) Responsible to update and maintain customer master

2. Customer-Related Activities
1) Act as a primary contact point for customers
2) Capture and process customer responses, follow up and communicate results to customer to ensure customer satisfaction and internal process improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: colleague diploma or above;
2. Experience: minimum 2 years working experience for customer service positions of multinational company;
3. Special Requirements / Skills: 1). SAP system (focusing on material management module); 2). Lotus notes; 3). Offices softwares; 4). Goods customer understanding and communication skills; 5). Manage equipment leasing contract.
