Job Description:

* ISA Project management, and assure project deliverables in good quality and timeliness;

* Perform railway system assurance, safety and technical assessment of railway Generic application/products or Specific application according to European and international railway standards to assure functionality, safety or reliability achievement of customers’ requirements;

* Provide training and consultancy on railway standards application, compliance on legislation requirements and demonstration of safety or reliability concepts;

* Prepare technical proposals and offers;

* Project management and client relationship maintenance when designated.

* Technical support for pre-sales

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor of Electronics/Control/Computer Science, or equivalent level or above;

* At least 5 years in technical review for one or more of the following disciplines (system design, RAMS assurance or V&V for Signalling system);

* Good experience and understanding in railway industry and application of Railway Standards (EN 50126/8/9, IEC 61508, ISO 9001 etc.)

* Safety assessment experience is preferred;

* Strong communication skills and good command of English;

* Flexibility to travel;

* Independent, self-discipline and diligent to work under high pressure.
