Data gathering, analysis and reporting for the PPS/CSS global team. Interacts with cross-functional teams to ensure the reports are sent as per the timelines. Develops metrics, translate the gaps into recommendations and reporting the same to key stakeholders for appropriate action. Recommends and implements process improvements. Key metric for this role is metrics development and analysis on process optimization. Success is determined based on accuracy, on time rate, productivity as well as stakeholders’ feedback.

Activities:

- Drive E2E service delivery analytics into the organization to help business make data-driven decisions. Some of the analyses to be performed, but not limited to, are spend analyses, quality reporting, cost savings tracking, and supplier performance.

- Lead cross functional regional and global projects under complex business environment; deliver Data analysis for cost saving programs, Metrics Development and Management. Develop and implement logic change and new requirement from program team, to reflect true business.

- Performance trend tracking and investigate abnormal data, understand business situation, identify opportunities for process improvement, and leads/develops recommendations and provide insight of management.

- Deep dive investigation on supply chain process, understand corresponding operation process, such as call management, field delivery and financial process, etc. Set up documentation and knowledge sharing mechanism.

- Do business simulation, investigation and analysis to identify root cause, make improvement suggestion.

- Data mining and business modeling to quantify business optimization opportunity provide analysis report/presentation to management team, assist decision making process.

- Strategic recommendations to ensure the overall spare parts supply chain cost optimization

- Independently identify strategic initiatives/improvements, document and facilitate delivery of enhancements.

- Mentor junior-level staff and establishes guidelines for the mentorship programs.


Qualifications


Education and Experience Requirement

- Bachelor in Science/Business Administration/Economics (Operations/Supply Chain), Master degree is preferred

- Typically 6-10 years working experience in management consultancy, professional services advisory

- Industry experience should include in-depth exposure in at least one of the following industries: supply chain operation such as planning, logistics, etc., technology services, etc

Knowledge and Skills requirement

- Strong project management and business advisory skills with good working knowledge and understanding of business and operational processes, internal controls and compliance and risk assessment

- An ability to interface with senior executives and strong formal presentation skills

- Effective organizational, analytical, problem solving, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, Able to collaborate across regions and business units.

- Service-oriented professional with a flexible, creative and innovative approach to problem solving

- Excellent English communication and influence skills through: email, phone or face to face

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results

- Independent decision making skill on complex situation

- Strong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel Pivots, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling

- Knowledge of Process Flow/Diagram tools (e.g. Visio)

- Understanding/Knowledge of SAP system, BRIO, SAS, etc.

- Flexible work hours (after hour concalls)
