Business Environment:

GPSC APJ is responsible for end to end HP service parts supply chain operations within Asia Pacific and Japan region. We are supporting the industry's most diverse product lines including servers, storages, network equipments, PCs, printers and software across a variety of customer segments including enterprises, small and medium businesses, and even consumers.

In line with the business needs, we are looking for gifted talent who may focus on certain product lines' service parts planning.

Job description:

-Performs planning actions to support service parts supply chain throughout product lifecycle

-Creates robust forward-looking material plan which encompasses historical demand, new product demand and exceptional demand for purchase execution

-Owns the Parts Availability and Inventory level performance indexes, responsible for achieving best balanced performance on parts availability, inventory level and operational cost

-Maintains the required parts availability performance on daily basis, executing quick actions to ensure recovery timely

-Manages internal customer expectation

-Manages parts rolls and quality issues with cross-functional teams to minimize impact to parts availability and inventory level

-Works with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities

-Reviews with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities

Qualifications

-Degree in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistic

-At least 2 years experience in planning or purchasing role

-Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus

-Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing

-Excellent affinity for numbers and data analysis

-Able to understand complex issues

-Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure

-Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning

-Proven experience in planning in service or manufacturing environment

-Working experience in MNC is preferred
