1.Providing professional IT services to customers including hardware and software.
2.Involves in hardware procurement, project planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and servicing uses skills as an experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
3.Design and implement the network solution for customers.
4.Install and configure the server,storage,network,HA,Cluster and PCs in various conditions.
5.Install and deploy database,MOSAIQ server and desktop applications.
6.Design and configure MOSAIQ to improve the workflow and usability to meet customer’s need.
7.Provide application training of MOSAIQ to customers.
8.MOSAIQ troubleshooting and urgent issue haldling.


Responsibilities and qualificiation 具体职责和录用条件
1.Design and implement the network for customers.
2.Install and configure MOSAIQ hardware including Server,Storage,Clients and other devices.
3.Install and configure MOSAIQ software including OS,domain,database,server application and desktop.
4.Configure MOSAIQ system to connect linac.
5.Provide application training of MOSAIQ to customers.
6.organise system acceptance
7.Provide daily maintenance and technical support for customers.
8.Resolve urgent issues for customer whenever necessary.


Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies 相关知识， 技能和能力要求

1,BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2.Radiation physics experience or background is very pregerred.
3.Knowledge of hardware and networking is a plus.
4.Requires outstanding customer service, communication and documentation skills, as well as ability to interact and communicate with team members globally.
5.Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and skillfully.
6.Fluency in Mandarin and English.
7.Strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
8.Willingness to travel .
9.Ability to work as part of a young and dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen.
