This position is to test extremely high accuracy large-scale scientific computing software for the Neuroscience or Oncology Treatment Planning System (TPS) or Oncology Information System (OIS). Members of this global team will be involved in the whole life cycle of software development, researching new technology/clinical requirements up from the product level to ensure/control the quality of products as well as the implementation of technologies/clinical solutions.

To join Shanghai R&D you will work in a highly motivated team with more than 8 years of medical device software development experience. You will be able to build up a solid basis in the software development/testing process with the opportunity to show innovation in process enhancement and evolution along with the development of the Medical Device industry.

Job Requirements (Skills/experiences/qualifications):
* 1+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development.
* Good knowledge/understanding of software engineering process.
* Strong defects hunting skills.
* BS degree in CS/EE or Physics, Math or related discipline.
* Fluent in written and spoken English (able to communicate well with foreign colleagues in conference or in person)

Nice to have:
* Experience in testcase design and verification.
* Experience in software definition or requirements analysis.
* Experience in Automation test.
* Experience in AGILE testing; Lean principle is a plus.
* Experience in software development in an international company.
* Experience in Medical Device industry (DICOM, CT/MRI, HIS/PACs).
* Experience in scripting language (Shell scripting, Python, VBs, C, C#, etc).
* Familiar with some commercial or open source automation test tools or automation framework (QTP, TestQuest Pro, Sikuli, Microsoft UI automation. etc).

Main Responsibilities:
* To participate in all development activities, foremost software development with emphasis on verification, requirements engineering, documentation, and configuration management.
* To perform evaluations of technologies, methodologies and products.
* To follow the technical and clinical evolution within the field.
* To maintain and support test tools and test environments.
* To plan verification activities in development projects as verification leader in the project.
* To work closely with the teams in Stockholm/California/Saint Louis via email and video conference call.
