1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标

    

• Provide high performance Aftermarket technical service to improve customer’s satisfaction.

  为客户提供优质高效的售后技术服务来提高客户的满意度

• Actively push Schenckprocess equipment test plan to promote spare parts purchase order.

  积极推动申克设备体检计划以促进客户备件采购订单。

• Be responsible to open package for inspection, installation supervision, equipment commissioning and maintenance work and finally get customer’s acceptation.

  负责申克设备的开箱检验、安装指导、设备调试及维护工作，保证设备正常使用，并且得到客户的验收确认。

• Take care of equipment usage and maintenance training for customers so that they can run and maintain it by themselves.

负责对用户进行设备使用和维护等的技术培训，使用户能够正常使用和维护。

• Be in charge of remote technical support to customers and help them to make equipment maintenance.

  负责为客户提供远程技术支持，协助客户完成设备的日常维护工作。

• During commissioning or trouble shooting make factual and accurate records of process and result in service report which needs customers’ confirm and signature, including product information, end users’ detailed information and related people’s information.

  真实准确地将设备调试或处理故障的过程和结果记录在调试报告上并得到客户的签字确认，包括产品信息、用户的详细信息及相关人员信息。

• Correctly write service report, backup the related files of documentation and materials and file it properly after commissioning work for future service management.

• 正确撰写服务报告，随后将所涉及的电子文档及时存档备份，便于日后的服务管理工作。

• Regularly test schenckprocess equipment to provide effective spare part list and lead customers to purchase our products.

  进行设备的定期巡检提供有效的备品备件清单并引导客户形成采购订单

• Managers assign other temporary work.

1. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求

 

  Technical school degree or above in major of Mechanics, Instrument Mechatronics and related.

中专以上学历，机械，仪表，机电一体化等相关专业。

• Good communication skill and be capable to keep good customer relationship.

  具有良好的人际沟通能力和发展维护良好客户关系的能力。

• General in written and read English.

  具备一定的英语书写和英文阅读能力。

• Much better mechanical knowledge and related trial run and maintenance experiences.

具有较强的机械和相关设备调试维护经验 。

• Grasp mechanical knowledge and be familiar with mechanical drawing.

  掌握相关机械知识，熟悉机械制图。

• Excellent verbal expression and good office software ability.

  优秀的文字表达能力和熟练的办公软件操作能力 。

• Good engagement and independent working ability.

  具备敬业精神和独立工作的能力。

 

Specific Experience特殊经验

 

• Have hoisting experience of large construction project, make hoisting program according to the site environment, skilled in using various hoisting tools.

  有大型施工项目的吊装经验，根据现场环境制定吊装方案，熟练使用各种吊装工具。

• Have experiences in equipment trial run and maintenance.

具有设备调试维护的经验。
