• You will be responsible for delivery goods and received the material correctly and on time.

• You will with assist daily administration support including receiving the visitors, scheduling conference, meetings and business trip.

• You will optimize the transportation activities in terms of cost and service quality.

• You will be shipment documentation preparation and on time system transaction.

• You will maintain and further develop logistics and shipping system;

• You will coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for shipment booking and traffic control, inbound /outbound transportation arrangement

• You will Tackle problems arise from daily operations

• You will enhance SOP and continuing improvement system to cope with changing business requirements.

• Any other responsibility request.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above.

• CET-4 or above

• Microsoft Office know-how

• Major in supplier chain/logistics/shipping/transportation/trading etc., or years of experience in a relevant profession

• An open-minded, optimistic, pressure-resistant, hard-working, life-learning team player

• Good communication and positive attitudes.
