Responsibilities:

 

Implements defined overall production standards, and oversees and manages all production operations, within a single plant or site, which may include area related maintenance and engineering services.

 

Responsible for overall production function in cabinet plant.

Manage production activities of  Plant to fulfill the production plan, in condition of EHS requirement.

Supervise and coach the production team to meet the production’s KPI. Such as OTD, RFT, productivity, etc

Have quick reaction on production problems and take prompt action for correction and prevention.

Conduct Daily Status Crew Meetings addressing schedule, safety and quality issues. Ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied by people in shop floor.

 

Coordinate and resolve personnel issues, providing technical instruction in assigned work area.

Evaluate the performance of shift supervisors and operators. Update monthly performance measurements for operators of shift.

Lead the team to implement lean manufacture, 7s, TPM 

Qualification Required:

Specific workshop management training will be preferred, as well as some electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge;

 

Ideal candidate will be self-starter, with excellent communication skills, and interpersonal problem solving skills to manage all issues raised from production shop.

 

Team working skills. Used to work in a systematic way under production pressure. Team coordination abilities

 

10 years international industrial production/operation management experiences.

 

Fluent oral and written English skills;
