Responsibility

? Credit Evaluation and Operation:
? Coordinate the credit evaluation application with Sales Department
? Access the shipment release / credit hold release requests from Sales Department

? Collection and Offsetting
? Liaise closely with customers to settle outstanding or overdue accounts
? Prepare reports reflecting status of credit and collection activity in area of responsibility
? Telephone or send reminder to customers at initial stages of collections in delinquent account situation
? Process the customer payment and enter the data into the system

? Report
? Prepare local AR month-end closing reports and analysis reports for regional reporting team consolidation



Knowledge
? Tertiary Education
? Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
? Minimum 1-2 years experience in handling credit control and administration

Skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with different internal parties
? Proficiency in English and country specific language
? Proficient PC skills
? Demonstrated decision making skills
