As one of the Web Build team members, the Front-end developer will help plan, quote & execute the design and development of websites (CMS / Pure) , landing pages, newsLetters, Wechat mini-programs, digital sales aid and hybrid mobile apps.

The Front-end developer will work closely the manager to define the requirements of the project, propose the technical solution including navigation experience in accordance to the web standards and guidelines and aligned with the best practice web strategies.

The Front-end developer will help the Manager to define the digital project deliverables, costs and timeline in order to get the business sign-off. The Front-end developer must have an in-depth knowledge of the web development and processes, in order to be able to provide technical consultancy to the manager.

The Front-end developer is responsible for executing the project & ensuring the deliverables meet the expectations on quality and functionality. Should the site deployment require any on-going maintenance, the TC in collaboration with the Deployment Manager will make sure to hand over all needed technical details to the Editor, for future maintenance within expected Service Level Agreement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ü Creation of web sites, landing pages, newsletters and other digital marketing online

ü Creation of web pages reusing existing campaigns assets (leveraging / replication)

ü Responsive web design deployment

ü Technical implementation consultancy

ü Quality assurance and file publishing

ü Task progress/status must be properly updated in eTicketing Platform enabling an effective end-to-end tracking/auditing process

ü Deliverables must be managed in accordance with Service Level Agreement entered with customers

ü Attend mandatory training & briefing for new tools & process deployment

ü Meet organization Key Performance Indicator

ü Submit Time Management Report on time

ü Enable a seamless collaboration working model with different operation teams

ü Submit regular work log upon request by Team Lead and/or Manager

IDEAL CANDIDATE

o PROFESSIONAL background / EXPERIENCE

ü Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS Industrial Engineering or industry related discipline

ü 4+ years marketing experience, including computer industry related and online marketing disciplines

ü Minimum 3 years relevant experience on creation & maintenance of websites/social media/mobile assets or web applications (submit portfolio if existent)

ü Good English skills (both written and spoken), other European/Asian languages are an advantage

ü Sound experience in working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, SharePoint and other web software/application

ü Work experience in the Online Environment and/or Information Technology industry as well as working in medium to large teams

ü Experience with Web Content Management Systems. Wordpress ./ AEM / DRUPAL

o TECHNICAL skills

ü Senior Level in handling HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

ü Experience in other JavaScript framework: Angular / Vue / React / Meteor… an advantage

ü 4+ years experience on development & maintenance of responsive web sites

ü Technical background in handling PHP & SQL would be a great advantage

ü Good knowledge & experience in social media latest technology is an advantage

ü Sound experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or any other relevant image editing software

ü Experience with CMS system an advantage

ü Microsoft SharePoint or any other similar products is an advantage

ü Experience with SDL TRIDION a considerable advantage

ü Sound experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or any other relevant image editing software

o SOFT skills

ü Passionate about web technologies

ü Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

ü Attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented

ü Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

ü Good communication and presentation skills

ü Ability to work independently and under pressure

ü Good interpersonal skill

ü Great team player

ü Experience in a virtual working environment is a plus but not a qualification criteria
