Responsibility:

1.Purchase and procurement of goods from intercompany suppliers all over the world, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet customer requirement;

2.Maintain strong relationships with the sales, RD&A, Marketing groups, to gather effetive forecast information and to keep them informed of issues;

3.Complie and evaluate the forecast information, providing review analysis and collaboratively reviewing forecast to effectively manage supply and demand

4.Control of stock within financially acceptable levels including avoidance of obsoletes;

5.Anticipate potential stock shortage and take action to avoid them;

6.Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, driving quality, speed and cost;

7.Prepare monthly reports and others based on the requirement;

Qualification:

1.A Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business or Economics;

2. Demonstrates strong analytical ability;

3. Minimum 3 years working experience in an organization in the Business Forecasting, Trade Marketing or Inventory management area;

4. Experience in a company with a large SKU count;

5. Ability to do accurate detailed work under pressure;

6. Ability to prioritise and focus on delivery;

7. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal customers and external suppliers;

8. Good computer skills, preferably competent in Excel and knowledge of ERP planning system;
