职位描述

Main Activities:

Responsible to executive Omega operation guideline and system, provide support to Franchise shops to be professional and achieve the brand standards.



Key Accountabilities:

1.SOP execution

Help FFS to achieve brand standard

Monitor the SOP execution in existing Franchise Flagship Stores

Introduce FFS SOP to new flagship stores and make sure it is well accepted

Support sales team to follow up the shop performance evaluation and take action to make improvements



2.Training & Coaching

Develop training plans for FFS

Arrange & coordinate the training for FFS according to the training plan of each year

Interview & evaluate FFS store manager

Guide individual orientation training before new Flagship Store opening

Arrange evaluation & test on training result for FFS

Coach FFS counter staffs during market visit to meet brand's requirement



3.Communication

Update management about shop operation conditions, training result, service standard, shop internal training execution, etc.

Communication with retailers on operation policy and brand standard

Communicate with sales team to support the improvements of FFS performance

Communicated with shop managers and counter staffs to improve shop management and SOP execution

Regular meeting with sales/marketing/merchandising/technical team for development on training course

Communicate with internal and external parties to maintain the FFS agreement



4.Reporting

Monthly report

Market visit report

FFS evaluation report

FFS staff check list

FFS action plan follow up

FFS operation policy implementation report



Profiles:

1.Reliable and steady working history in retail and operation

2.Strong communication skill, has experience with customer contact

3.Ability to follow instruction

4.Eager to learn new things

5.Ability to work on PC, familiar with office software

6.Good presentation skill & pleasant personality

7.Bachelor degree or above with equivalent experience
