l   Defining and executing experimental plans for OLED deposition and measurement of given internal and external (customer) projects

l   Analyzing and interpretation of the results and translating the results into material promotion strategy in close alignment with sales team

l   Presenting of results and leading technical discussions with customers

l   Aligning of process and data with customer and improving the data quality and reproducibility

l   Detailed understanding and keeping track of customers’ requirements and processes and translating them into internal requirements

l   Supervising, teaching and engaging of lab personnel, organizing and optimizing of workflow

l   Planning and ensuring the operability of the lab while full-filling EHS requirements

l   Regular internal communication with MDA research and development ensuring full knowledge transfer within Merck OLED

Coordinating experimental plans with MDA and availability of OLED materials

Education: Bachelor’s or above degree in a topic related to OLED physics, optics, electronics or engineering

Experience: More than 3 years experience with processes, tools and equipment for OLED fabrication and characterization and OLED stack development, preferably at display manufacturer
