Scope of the position : check , control , calibrate if necessary and trouble shooting if necessary of installation of instruments and control system . Ensure installation and running of the instrument and control system in a project . Collect and require where needed all related documents , full fill all tasks for completion , check , commissioning and start up works. 工作范围:必要时对仪表和控制系统的安装进行检查、控制、校准，必要时排除故障。确保项目中仪表和控制系统的安装和运行。收集和要求所有相关的文件，完成所有的任务，检查，调试和启动工作。 Main job description主要工作描述::

  

The Instrument and Control site Engineer will have , not limited , the below list of tasks to be follow仪表和控制现场工程师将(不限于)执行以下任务: :

  

1. Calibrating and repairing instruments and associatedequipment校准和修理仪器和相关设备

2. Working with electronic control systems including microprocessors, sensors, and final control elements used in automated processes负责电子控制系统工作，包括在自动化过程中使用的微处理器、传感器和最终控制元件

3. Check and work with final control of Measuring levels, pressures, temperatures, flow, and analytical processes负责检查并最终控制，测量液位、压力、温度、流量和分析过程

4. Testing instrumentation and control systems and maintaining test equipment测试仪器和控制系统，维护测试设备

5. Coordinating crew activities as required and maintaining records and files根据需要协调相应全员活动，并保持记录和档案

6. Consulting manuals, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics查阅手册，阅读和解释电路图，蓝图和原理图

7. Repairing and adjusting system components or removing and replacing defective parts维修和调整系统部件或拆卸和更换有缺陷的部件

8. Installing control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipment specifications together with quality manager and package owner manager与质量经理和包主一起在现有或新设备上安装控制和测量仪器。

9. Clarify technical questions 澄清技术问题。

10. Prepare and collect and organize technical documents and diagrams / drawings to allow future clarification and discussions on assigned project . 准备、收集和整理技术文件和图表/图纸，以便今后对指定项目进行澄清和讨论。

11. Participate to discussion with PE /PECH / Site installation manager and PM and coordinate activities related . 参与PE /PECH /现场安装经理和PM的讨论，协调相关活动。

12. Prepare where needed reports about meeting , check , and so on , with suppliers and/or customers and colleagues. 准备必要时参与与供应商、客户和同事的会议、检查及报告。

13. Prepare weekly report about his activity and working tasks . 准备每周活动报告和工作任务报告。

14. Participate with all documents to mechanical completion and Commissioning参与机械完成和调试的所有文件

15. Participate with all documents and check to start up参与所有文件并检查启动

对于危险废弃物的处理，将从进入回转窖（瑞士公司设计）之前的废弃物准备、检查和兼容性考察等方面开始；焚烧生成的产物将在烟气净化系统（意大利公司设计）中得到处理，经过净化后的烟气能达到欧盟2000排放准备。
 
高温烟气的热量回收，将通过一个非常特殊的锅炉（意大利公司设计）得以实现。它能够***限度的进行能量回收，产生高温蒸汽，供给附近工厂作为其生产能源。
