Responsibilities:
1. Lead and participate in all process and equipment related continuous improvement effort and activities to achieve company quality and business goals.
2. Lead process and equipment investigation to identify root cause for quality issues reported from internal and external customers and ensure effective and timely closure.
3. Lead process and production team and formulate effective solution path for problems concerning production quality, yield, and reliability cycle time and equipment to drive cost down.
4. Main contact window to production and planning support and always ensure any escalations (line down, quality issue, material issues) is attended on time with minimal impact of line down.
5. Work with internal and US stakeholders in module road map projects.
6. To document maintenance procedures, process control specifications, control plan, FMEA, machine work instruction and PM work instruction and periodically review it and make the necessary review to ensure it is up to date.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or experience equivalent to that – Engineering related majors.
2. More than 5 years working experience in Wire Bonding process, strong hands on in process development as well as equipment in relevant Assembly process.

3. Be able to solve problems independently through in-depth engineering skill.

4. Be able to use various tools skillfully, such as DOE/JMP.

5. Ability to lead the team to complete project by good methodology DMAIC/PDCA/Six Sigma.

6. Fluent in English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

7. Good engineering sense and be familiar with engineering tools. (8D,FMEA, SPC and etc.).

8. Motivated, independent and team player needed.
