Responsibilities and Duties
* Deploys Procurement strategy according to superior strategy.
* Ensures implementation of Procurement standards, regulations and guidelines.
* Contributes to overarching SCM/ Procurement programs and initiatives.
* Takes care for effective risk management measures.
* Ensures efficiency of Procurement operations.
* Responsible for PVO, CoO/FTE and related other KPIs.
* Heads team assigned, and leads all related staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years' experience of procurement.
- Fluent English in both spoken and written.
- Energy industry and global company background
- Sensitive to marketing/costing and good strategic awareness.
