岗位职责:
Plan, schedule and manage flow control systems projects to meet deadline and technical requirements which includes responsibility for shop testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance while keeping budget control as per contract. Coordinate his assigned projects and other TSR activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, purchasing, suppliers, refractory engineering, sales regions, and customers.
In cooperation with the Systems Manager, confirm the scope of supply and lead time of the project. If required during the project, coordinate scope of supply changes with the Systems Manager and the sales region.
Investigates and develops continuing product improvements based on field and manufacturing requests in coordination with the relevant product manager.
Provides after sales technical assistance to sales regions regarding product applications, installation, and maintenance. Investigates and provides evaluation for customer complaints
When required, assist the Systems Manager for customer quotations and presentation of flow control applications to customers thru the feasibility study process.
Comply with quality management procedures.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and implement department process improvements.
Work in a manner which aims to ensure the health and safety of employees, contractors, visitors, customers and any other persons affected by these activities.
Create technical reports.

Must be able to travel internationally as need for the projects and other business activities.
Must have good verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable communicating with management, engineers, and production personnel. Communicate written and verbal expectations clearly to co-workers and customers to ensure that deadlines are met.

Self-confidence with leadership and Managerial abilities. Ability to utilize other departments to complete or assist with various tasks and projects. Delegate responsibility to complete tasks for planned deadlines. Lead field service personnel for the installation and training of flow control equipment. Motivate vendors, co-workers and customers to complete required tasks.
Must be comfortable taking charge, make good decisions and formulate creative solutions to day-to-day problems, all while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work under pressure, accept change, communicate problems, and accept instruction when needed. Must be able to work in a steel mill environment dealing with difficult situations and solving problems.
