工作职责

1、主管形象必须体现专业形象，需监督员工遵照公司的要求每日完成仪容仪表和工衣穿着的检查，使其符合公司的品牌形象。

2、确保保持高质量的购物环境及优质的服务，让客人享受Alexander McQueen专属的购物经验。

3、协调销售团队工作，不断激励团队并确保团队能力。

4、拥有积极向上的工作心态，有责任心，保质保量完成公司分配的销售任务

5、主动发现员工的潜能培养每一位员工的优势，定期培训来支持他们的专业发展

6、制定、分配定性定量指标，并通过分析销售业绩、每月活动及年度评估等方式确保指标的达成

7、支持公司所有的改进政策，并把执行情况及时反馈给公司。确保内部运作符合公司流程

工作要求

1. 高中以上学历；

2. 4年以上的相关奢侈品牌或星级酒店工作经验；

3. 主动积极，有责任心

4. 具有独立的管理能力和沟通能力

5. 会简单的英文交流者优先考虑；

6. 热爱时尚行业，对自己的工作充满激情；

7. 熟练掌握办公室软件及excel等工具软件
