Responsibilities:

- Handle with trade mark issues (filing, opposition, review, litigation, etc.)

- All kinds of contract and legal documents draft, review and negotiation in both Chinese and English version

- compliance & daily issues, including all documents for the change of licenses

- Internal Risk assessment (big purchase project, factory move project, etc.)

- Litigation & pre-litigation

- Formulate internal procedure from legal side

- Contact with the headquarter to provide our professional comments for the company's restructure and investment in China, including prepare board of resolution and other necessary documents;

- Be responsible for regulatory issues, Support and follow up product registration and update of regulations


Requirement:

- Deep understanding of China corporate/commercial law landscape. 6+ years of practical experience in China corporate/commercial context.

- Be familiar with foreign investment laws and regulations and structure.

- Proactive, takes ownership and responsibility for tasks, drives results.

- Will energetically keep pace with a fast-moving business. Can marry excellent technical legal skills with control and compliance considerations with results-oriented business needs.

- Law Degree and BAR in China or overseas (as a plus).

- Additional considerations:

- Experience and training in an international law firm or MNC.

- Background in the cosmetic industry or health care industry and in-house experience a plus.
