Learning and Talent Development Manager

Mission - Partner with the business, understand the challenges, priorities and development needs in order to effectively launch processes and programs that will help the business drive forward.

Performance Management:

？   Lead the annual performance management process across the business. Align on corporate guidelines and processes to ensure high quality meaningful performance discussions are happening across the business.  This includes providing tools/training to business Managers on annual performance review, IDP, goal setting etc.

Learning & development

• Conduct training needs assessment and develop a training and development strategy for Entegris and ANOW
• Partner with the Talent Management & Development team and managers to design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees
• Develop and implement leadership development framework and programs to enhance the organization’s leadership capability.
• Develop and manage the succession planning process focusing on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.
• Drive for continuous improvement in terms of the process, communication and training to all levels of the organization.
• Act as a learning consultant to provide coaching and support to managers regarding critical people development needs
• Promote and Strengthen virtual learning effectiveness by creating solutions using Linkedin learning
• Work with corporate TMD Team, develop competency matrix and make succession pipeline ready for all verified critical positions
• Facilitate workshops on development discussion, focus on sales workshop, management Dialogue, change management communication as well as team building
• Drive action plans based on annual Employee survey results

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 10 years learning & development related working experience, Semiconductor industry preferred;
• Good communication and team player;
• Pragmatic, solutions focused, able to demonstrate experience of embedding a blended learning approach in similar environment and bring the tenacity and robustness to introduce your ideas for implementation
