Marketing Specialist

The Role: ·

We are hiring a high potential Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. The role, based in Hangzhou, will assist the Asia Marketing Director in the development and execution of Entegris’ marketing strategy in the international markets including North America, Europe and Asia.

· The role will focus on supporting the growth of our business in life science, pharmaceutical, medical, etc as a result of our recent acquisition of Anow Microfiltration.

· With guidance from the Asia Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing multi-channel marketing programs to elevate Entegri/Anow’s brand awareness in the international life science, paratheatrical and medical markets, gain the mindshare of target customers, build product and solution thought leadership, generate leads and collaborate with the sales team to drive conversion.

· The Marketing Specialist shall play a critical role in achieving tangible business results, by translating data, analytics and insights into meaningful customer touch points.

In this role you will:

With guidance from the Asia Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist shall work with Entegris/Anow’s business leaders and identify marketing opportunities to support the business growth cross diversified industries including life science paratheatrical, medical, etc.

He/ She shall collaborate with local and global stakeholders including senior leaders in sales, product management, R&D and the global marketing teams to synergize and prioritize marketing initiatives.

He/ shall will develop resonating messages and contents to engage with prospective and existing customers. The Marketing Specialist shall collaborate with Entegris’ global life science SMEs (subject matter experts) to initiate marketing campaigns and drive cross-promotions.

He/ she shall strategize and elevate our tradeshow participation to the next level through the planning and execution of targeted, personalized multi-channel marketing activities through web, digital and marketing automation, PR, social, etc. The Marketing Specialist shall manage the end-to-end marketing planning, execution, measurement, review and learning process for Entegris/Anow in the international markets.

He/ She shall explore the opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, and agency/ vendor efficiency and cost effectiveness.

· Marketing and project planning: Identify marketing opportunities and needs that are aligned with business priorities. With guidance and coaching from the Asia Marketing Director, manage from ideation through to planning and execution.

· Content marketing: Develop compelling messages and stories for marketing activities that resonate with target audiences. Create local content, localize and adapt global content, and drive engagement through targeted content promotion through sales and marketing channels.

· Communications: Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to align priorities, communicate marketing plans and results, review and adjust upcoming marketing plans to address the business needs. Manage communications with external partners to drive for results.

· Digital marketing: Adopt a data and analytics driven digital marketing approach to build and expand SEO friendly web and other digital presence and provide actionable insights for business decision making.

· Strategize event approach by setting and measuring the metrics so as to maximize impact.

· Manage the Entegris/Anow brand in international markets in compliance with the brand guideline.

The ideal candidate shall demonstrate these qualities:

· Experience in remote management of international marketing is preferred.

· Experience in the life science, pharmaceutical and/ or medical industries is a plus.

· Experience in the B2B sector, especially in the high-tech industry is preferred.

· Experience working with senior global, regional and local leaders in a matrix organization is a plus.
