Education:required 3~4 years graduation


Ideally have the following experience in the following management and implementation of

. Migration of network circuits

. Deployment and hosting experience on networks

. Update of local area networks

. Data movement middleware

. System management middleware(SSCM,SCOM AD)

. (Active Directory) service Email,sharepoint

. Collaboration services,chat,voice,video on PC's/Laptops

. Videoconferencing

. Industry certifications ie Microsoft,ITIL Foundation

Primary Purpose of the Role:

. Using the PM Methodology, the Project Manager will plan and coordinate all activities across the operational and functional groups within the project.

. Ensure the project delivers the objectives as outlined in the Project Charter.

. Prepare the project plans, identify and resolve issues that occur, control scope, communicate project progress to all interested stakeholders and establish working relationships with all internal and external customers.

. Identify and mitigate risks to the project success.

. Manage and report costs where this is under their remit.



General Accountabilities:

. Use the PM Methodology. Using MS Project, prepare a project plan. Hold weekly regular project update meetings.

. Identify and control the issues on the project for a satisfactory outcome.

. Communicate the progress of the project to all stakeholders (internal and external)

. Identify and control the risks of the project. Prepare and manage risk mitigation plans when necessary

. Monitor and track project budget. Raise/escalate once budget thresholds are within breach.

. Manage the scope of the project. Document scope changes and gain approval by required parties.

. Manage the project team to accomplish the tasks as outlined and manage change

. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team structure.

. Document the project and archive all relevant documents once the project closes.

. Represent the project and chair Steering Committee.
