KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·         

Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data/payment/filing to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely; ·         

Ensure related tax and payroll compliance; ·         

Prepare or review various reports to meet clients’ needs on timely basis; ·         

Maintain good relationship with clients and reply client queries in a sufficient way; ·         

Assists the Manager to prepare client payroll manual and internal documentations for clients; ·         

Coach junior team members and review their work; ·         

Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS ·         

Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred; ·         

At least 3 years of solid experience in payroll operations; ·         

Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related ordinances; ·         

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; ·         

Previous experience in sizeable professional firms will be an advantage.
