职位描述:
1. 在高级设计师带领下为高端客户提供精湛有创造力的室内设计方案
2. 具备基本的空间规划，理念设计，施工图细节处理与陈述方案的基本能力
3. 协助高级设计师制作材料展示板、根据设计理念指导效果图团队出方案
4. 了解基本的家具的系统/规格，地毯，灯具与相关行业的知识与行情
5. 设计方案确认后绘制施工图
6. 在施工项目中与施工团队和现场经理协调合作
7. 制作现场勘查与大楼分析电子文档

任职资格：
1. 2-5年室内设计工作经验
2. 室内设计或建筑学士学位
3. 了解设计流程与设计公司的框架基本知识
4. 具备良好的工作心态，积极上进的学习态度
5. 熟练操作AutoCAD、Sketch up、Photoshop、Microsoft Office。
6. 能了解并执行客户要求的设计理念与意向
7. 了解最新当地的施工规范与条例

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Working under senior designers to deliver world class interiors for high end clients
2. Basic skills including space planning, design concept’s, documentation, detailing and presentation skills.
3. Crafting material boards and directing rendering team alongside senior designers
4. Basic market knowledge in selection of furniture systems / specifications, carpets, lighting and related industry treatments.
5. Generation of design documentation after design approval.
6. Co-ordinate with construction team and site manager during construction
7. Site surveys and building analysis transferred into electronic formats

Qualifications/Experience:
1. 2-5 years of experience as an interior designer
2. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
3. Knowledge of the design process and studio systems
4. Good working attitude with motivation to learn and develop
5. Software skills to include AutoCAD, Sketch up as well as knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
6. Can understand and execute documentation of design ideas and intent for contractors
7. Understanding of latest local codes and regulations a plus
