Department Description: F&A Horizontal provides professional finance service, customer across Europe, America, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong, etc. Our key responsibility is to handle daily operation work regarding to AP and Procurement. 

Responsibilities:

1. Tactical Buyers are responsible for executing the buying instructions for all purchases that require quoting or sourcing

2. Responsible for triaging end user requests from guided buying and routing to appropriate individuals for execution.

3. Work with the suppliers and facilitate supplier on-boarding

4. Be responsible to handle AP work and invoice exception resolution handling

5. Creation of requisitions, maintenance and closures of PO’s

6. AP helpdesk, resolution of all S2P inquiries from end users or suppliers

7. Communicate with customer via phone/email, assist customer to solve issues.

8. Complete daily work on time and meet SLA.

Qualifications:

1. Japanese Level 3+ with proficient oral Japanese,

2. Korean with proficient language capability.

3. Excellent English reading and writing skills,

4. Good PC skill and familiar with office software,

5. Strong learning and understanding ability and strong sense of customer service,

6. Finance related major is preferred.
