POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is an air conditioning manufacturer; they produce precision A/C, telecom cooling, chillers and humidification; they also focus on air conditioning &cooling solutions for technology.


POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Provide HR supports to management for strategic change such as merge or acquisitions.
  • Responsible for the Human Resources Dept to perform full spectrum of human resources functions which include organization, recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, etc.
  • Lead and support HR team in China.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and manage an operating system within the organization
  • Define and update company policies
  • Provide consultation services for increased organizational effectiveness including assessment, contracting action planning, evaluation and follow-up
  • Actively partner with management to establish, implement and monitor short term and long term strategies for driving business results
  • Provide organizational design expertise and change management facilitation to the integrated factory in alignment with company strategy
  • Recruit, select and develop leadership talent within the organization
  • Provide talent management expertise, workforce planning, skills assessment, succession planning, retraining programs, etc
  • Lead HR team to ensure common HR operations including: Staffing, Training, C&B, Performance Management, Professional Conducts code practices, Employees engagement.
  • Define yearly HR budget planning with management and control it during the year
  • Submit monthly HR report to Management
  • Other project work as assigned


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8 years human resources experience
  • Familiar with trading and manufacturing business model
  • Preferable experience in merger/acquisition
  • Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
  • Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
  • Ability to architect and drive change
  • Ability to lead in a global, matrixed environment.
