POSITION SUMMARY
我们的客户是一家知名的IT服务供应商。
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
- REPORT TO: IT Director
- 有效的领导和管理TS部门；
- 执行并审查公司的技术支持标准和政策及文档结构；
- 与第三方进行沟通，并根据客户的需求制定专业的解决方案，建议及提供相关服务；
- 确保部门成员能为客户及内部员工提供最专业的IT服务；
- 供应商的管理及谈定供应商签约事宜；
- 部门日常管理，包括费用控制，团队成员KPI考核等；
- 通过各种政策，激励和鼓励团队成员不断提高部门工作效率；
- 与其他经理合作，共同达到公司的目标；
- 负责招聘工作及部门成员的培训，考核部门成员的工作情况及公司交办的其他任务；
- 有ITO和BPO项目管理经验；
- 在外包服务和项目交付运营方面提供解决方案与实施对策；
- 评估草案执行情况，并将具体执行情况以报告形式反映到服务绩效考核模块中；
- 根据公司最终批准的管理方案，协助合同的变更，业务的发展及服务合同的签订
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3年以上IT服务交付领域工作经验，包括IT基础设施管理、网络管理、系统集成等方面；
- 在设计/系统集成的局域网/广域网和应用与IT / ITES等领域有丰富经验，2年以上的服务等级领域、基础设施管理及解决方案和市场定位方面的相关经验；
- 熟悉ITIL实施的相关流程，（有领导服务团队达到公司目标的IT服务管理经验者优先）；
- 3年以上顾客谈判经验及领导、管理经验；
- 在IT服务/系统集成/ ITSM等领域有良好的技术背景, 在ITIL/ 资讯科技审计/ 医药行业/ 跨国公司等应用层面有丰富知识；
- 良好的中英文沟通和协调能力，能在强压下工作并同时管理多个项目的进程；
- 擅长团队管理，熟悉各国文化并愿意承担相应的责任；
- 善于贯彻公司标准化以及管理架构，有MNCS应用经验者优先考虑。
