Main Responsibility:
? In charge of product development for responsible brand
? To design & implement the product marketing planning for responsible brand
? To make the new product launch plan, to co-ordinate and drive the implementation according to defined schedule
? To communicate thoroughly with sales force ensuring mutual understanding about the marketing strategy and right implementation in place
? Liaison with HQ and local manufacturing site on product forecasting to ensure the appropriate order given and enough stock secured
? Adequate A&P spending and control with budget, to evaluate the promotion result and proper feedback given
? Working closely with Marketing communication on all road shows and brand events

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above, and major in Marketing
? 7+ years working experience in Marketing function and at least 4 years taking the managerial role, with both sales experience is preferred
? Strategic thinking with marketing insight
? Creative and result oriented
? Good team player with can do attitude
? Excellent presentation skills
? Proficient English both in written and spoken
