职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. Secure and be the appropriate interface between global international mobility framework and local processes and providers, coordinate and support the respective process steps
? Support the local roll out of strategies and standards as defined by the Center of Expertise Mobility Management.
? Implement the global policy within the local specific framework and ensure adherence.
? Guide and support initiations of new international assignments within China.
? Coordinate local data/ documents collection and delivery for new or existing international assignments to facilitate the mobility process, be key contact for HR//direct Mobility during the transfer process.
? Coordinate payroll switch.
? Coordinate tax assistance together with F&A via external vendors and initiate year end reconciliation.
? Support global processes for In- and Outbound, eg. Merit, STI & LTI.
? Translate global requirements and process steps (eg. net to gross, better of vacation, home pension, medical check, insurances, Home Leave payment, Housing payments, schooling payment, etc.) into local processes and procedures within the respective HR departments (eg. Payroll, Comp& Ben, Recruiting, etc) and other Bayer functions (Legal, Security, F&A, etc.)
? Support the global Billing process and organize local specifics
? Be aware of and support relocation and Expat transfer activities if necessary.
? Interact with the Global relocation Service provider in specific transfer matters and highlight to HR//direct Mobility and CoE MM in case of recurrent quality issues.
? Be a contact for escalations during the process.
? Support in immigration activities on a Country specific and defined necessary basis.
2. Provide In- and Outbound services - mainly as caretaker depending on Country complexity and Expatriates need
? Implement and organize meetings within Pre-Trip with Partner and provide general information.
? Implement and maintain Welcome Package and briefing for Inbounds.
? Provide and assure guidance to the Expats for Country specific topics to ease start within a new environment.
? Be the local contact person for Expats regarding local mobility topics Rent, Housing topics, health, family size changes, sever illness, etc, support them and if necessary guide Expatriates through to the right department within Bayer.
? Provide or organize outbound briefing on relevant Home Country specifics, eg. Pension, Social Security, etc.
? Provide relevant information to the local HR Business partners to acquaint and support them with newly implemented strategies, policies, tools and standards.
? Track constantly feedback out of the business regarding international mobility and make process optimization/improvement proposals.
? Support the HRBP in highlighting international assignments before getting close to three, four or five years of duration. Provide information on Home/ Host manager and HRBP respectively.
? Monitor and report local Expatriate development and spending.
? Implement and drive reporting procedures to meet company requirements; analyze reporting results and identify necessary actions.
? Provide the immigration service to local hired foreigners.
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
?University degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources
? English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form
? Several years in HR function
? Experience and proven track record in working across the core HR functions with experience in one expert HR field.
? Knowledge of the Bayer Group organization and processes preferable
? Experienced in multidisciplinary project and corresponding change management
? Combination of strong conceptual and technical skills with the ability to organize and structure work, defining systems and processes
? Team-oriented leadership skills honed through experience with senior management
? Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management & staff, including the various relevant representatives of external stakeholders
? In view of the multitude of parties with possibly conflicting interests, an integrative personality is required as well as experience in communications with parties outside the function.
? Strong inter-personal and negotiation skills to ensure successful change management.
? High level of energy, initiative and ownership
? Capability to work in a multicultural environment
? IT affinity and knowledge of SAP
