Major Responsibilities:
1.General
? The job holder provides consulting services as well as project management in China. He/she is familiar with the key Bayer HR processes and functions and ensures that these are taken into account at the local level.
? Proactively align with the local and global HR community (HR Experts, HR Business Partners, HR Services, HR Organization etc.) on local level adapt strategies, policies, and processes to efficiently and effectively meet local needs and requirements as well as trigger the continuous improvement process within China.
? Ensure efficiency and reduction of complexity by standardization and the use of best practice in service delivery based on global framework.
? Is the first contact regarding process consulting and design as well as HR related projects within China.
? Ensure compliance, risk and quality management locally.
? Ensure alignment and knowledge transfer of best practice from and to the global Process Improvement community.
? Maintain supplier relationships for sourcing external resources.
? Has clear overview about all process changes, project requests and projects within China. Is responsible for managing the local project portfolio in close cooperation and alignment with global project portfolio management.

2.Project management
? Ensures to follow a holistic project methodology taking into account all relevant aspects of the HR operating model. This includes the definition of project scope and objectives in collaboration with project sponsor, HR community partners, and stakeholders.
? Ensures that all projects are executed according to the respective global quality management guideline.
? Identify, monitor and proactively mitigate risks in the project portfolio as well as in individual projects together with project sponsor, HR community partners, and stakeholders.

3.Process consultancy
? Ensures consistency, quality and integrity in process design.
? Drive and manage holistic reengineering of HR functions and processes in alignment with the HR organizational structure and the HR operating model.
? Ensure efficient process design along the entire value chain focusing on harmonization, standardization, and usability.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
? University Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with at least five years of experience with consultancy, project management, and change management. Preferably with degree or certificate in project management.
? English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form, plus local language requirements.
? Several years of experience in Human Resources. This should also include several years of management experience.
? Several years of experience in consulting including project management and process redesign.
? Proven experience with leading major projects and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders, the HR community and customers;
? Detailed understanding of HR processes & systems.
? Communications strategy and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management & staff, including the various relevant representatives of workers groups and external stakeholders.
? Experienced in multidisciplinary project and change management in a highly flexible global environment.
? Experience in working and collaborating within a global organization and multicultural environment.
? Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
? High capabilities to visualize, analyse, and reduce complexity.
? A high cross-functional understanding of HR process model framework.
