Description：

1. Support Regional Store Planning team on store openings, modifications and maintenance issues

2. Support all store planning needs of the brand within your region

3. Management of all aspects of the process from design feasibility and construction management to handover to the operational team, from issue of design criteria packages through design approval, in support of merchandising initiatives for designated merchandising categories

4. Support visual/graphic presentation needs of department

5. Assist with the coordination and issue of vendor criteria packages

6. Establish positive rapport with vendors, external consultants and Landlords and set up meetings with them to resolve site issues

7. Frequent travel to cities for site check and coordinate project status report for department

8. Maintain and update store block plan and photo archive

Requirement：

1.Degree/Diploma holder in Architecture / Building Services / Civil Engineering

2.Over 3 years proven work experience in Architectural Fit-out projects, and preferably in high-end Retail fit-out projects

3.Knowledge in construction regulations and requirements

4.Knowledge in remodeling and fitting-out projects

5.Competent in monitoring renovation budgets and liaison with Reginal office on design details

6.Good team player with mature working attitude and able to work under pressure

7.Good interpersonal and communications skills

8.Fluency in both written/spoken English and Chinese is a must Experience of luxury retail design is highly desirable

9.Proficient in computer software such as MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD and Photoshop, 3D rendering would be a plus

10.Willing to travel
