• Establish and maintain first-class physical security management policies and processes to support growing and innovative businesses with compliance of local regulations and internal governance.
• Design and participate in security arrangements for various large-scale activities of the company, eliminate or reduce risks in physical security and report to leadership.

•  Participate in internal and external investigations under the guidance of the company's investigation policies and manuals to protect all the company's employees and assets from unlawful infringement.
• Discover possible internal fraud based on extensive investigation experience, financial knowledge and industry experience and report to management in time.
• Participate in the formulation of the company's crisis management policies and various emergency plans, and continuously improve various policies and plans according to the company's business development and changes in regulations
• As a leader in the implementation of emergency plans, arrange the daily implementation of various emergency plans, and adopt appropriate measures to protect employees and company assets when crisis situations occur.

•  Professionals with advanced physical security experience and knowledge
• Have relevant enterprise investigation experience or internal anti-corruption investigation experience
• Familiar with local practice and relevant laws and regulations, such as civil law, criminal law and criminal procedure law.
•  Have experience in crisis management and the formulation of corresponding emergency plans, familiar with the internal business continuity plan
•  Strong communications and relationship building skills with an ability to execute risk decision and deliver effective presentations
• Ability to understand current macroeconomic and industry development trends and make reasonable suggestions based on potential risks
• Self-motivated with Agility and project management experience
•  A bachelor's degree in public safety management, investigation, finance, and accounting, work experience in the Fortune 500 companies or other multinational companies is preferred
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
