MAJOR DUTIES AND RESULTS:

    

  

1. Receive the instruction of the job to be in his duty from Steel and Mechanical Chief Supervisor
2. Receive the orientation of the field office function from Admin. Manager. 
3. Receive the safety induction course from Safety Control Manager/ Supervisor.
4. Review the latest status of “ FOR CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS “ and    “SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION “, and ensure that the same DRAWINGS and SPECIFICATIONS are in use by the subcontractor, and if not, make sure the subcontractor collects the latest issues.     
5. Report of the documents status to the Structure Steel and Mechanical Discipline Chief.
6. Attend meetings with subcontractors being conducted by the Structure Steel and Mechanical Discipline Chief.
7. Monitor subcontractor’s work and direct for correction, and report of it to the Discipline Chief 
8. Schedule and progress, and work sequence
9. Workforce, construction equipment, correct tools, and materials are correctly supplied       
10. Set up of temporary facilities including fabrication shop 
12. Quality of work         
13. Performance of subcontractor’s staffs      
14. Preparation for safety work 
15. Requirement of modification arisen     
16. Insufficient matters with subcontractor’s performance ( reasons behind poor performance ) 
17. Attend inspection for QC and input the results of inspection daily, weekly and monthly into the computerized progress monitoring system provided by Employer.
18. Check the progress report prepared by the subcontractor and input the progress, daily, weekly and monthly into the computerized progress monitoring system provided by Employer.
19. Issue NCR ( Non Conformance Report) or any other type of defective report
20. Upon receipt of NCR or similar type of report from client, 3r party or authorities, identify and conduct corrective action supervising discipline supervisor or subcontractors
21. Punching and verification of the system punch
22. Regular status reporting of the above works to discipline manager
23. Material inspection in prior to the commencement of the works, in compliance of the applicable drawings and specification.
24. Permit To Work (PTW) preparation, application and negotiation till successfully obtain the PTW.
25. Review and evaluation of JSA and any work permit prepared by subcontractors

• Check latest status of “ Documents For Construction “ and report it to the Discipline Chief for expediting of issuance to meet CRD.           
• Coordinate and supervise interfaces with other work, and report of it to Discipline Chief for change of work schedule.  
• Report subcontractor’s performance to Discipline Chief for remedial action.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    

    

Bachelor’s degree of civil and structure steel engineering and more than 3 to 5 years of experience as Structure steel supervisor in the oil and gas construction business.
