职位描述
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the out-sourcing agent to work out the payroll and related reports including the monthly salary payout, social benefits and commercial insurance operation, tax reporting, salary data maintenance, etc.;
2. Manage the labor contract, including new contract, contract renewal and contract termination procedure. Keep the personnel files;
3. Collect the market data,support the annual salary/benefit survey and analyze the survey results and provide the recommendation report to the management team;
4. Assist to update the local HR policy & process when necessary;
5. Administrate the agenton expatriate affairs, including the assignment package review, assignment extension, relocation service, local salary payout, local benefit administration, etc.;
6. Update and maintain HRIS;
7. Other assignment from direct Supervisor.
Education& Knowledge, Experience& Skills required:
1. A College graduate or above;
2. At least five years working experience in HR field and minimum2 years in C&B sector in anMNC.
3.Experienced in data analyzing, ability to generate report, develop and implement C&B policies;
4. Solid knowledge of remuneration systems;
5. An effective user of MS Word and PowerPoint, master of Excel;
6. Good in both written and oral English.
