职位描述
Communication intern/extern:Conduct person for the customer, sales and internal transaction at every step of the sales process. This person has to receive all customers desires and to ensure that the customers get an appropriate response.
Optional:Assistance for proposal preparation
Clarify financial status, credit limit and credit insurances
Support contract drafts (opt.)
Reserve production capacity (opt.)
Issue bid bonds (opt.)
No creation of proposals in SAP
Examination of orders and input
Pre-comparison between offer and/or pre-order
SAP-data input incl. creation/ of master data
Consultation with Product management if possible
To prove financial requirements and states of credit, to seek the approval from the finance department
To demand Prepayment & deposit
To demand and to edit documentary credit
To clarify reserve requirements
To establish Performance Bond
Planning of distribution
To negotiate delivery dates with the logistic department
To coordinate Change requests (delivery dates, amount, ect.), which are provided by the customer as well as by the plant
To promote distribution (to prove the financial conditions for delivery, to coordinate plant/customer/shipper/logistic department)
To arrange the absorption
Tracing the transaction of distribution
To file missing Documents for export in case of collection by the customer
Preparation of Documents
Overall responsibility for the completeness of the commercial file
Preparation and/or demand of bills and documents for export
To overtake Legalisations (opt)
To ensure the redirection to the customer (to the bank in case of documentary credit or CAD payment)
Receivable management
To implement periodic controls of receivables and the dunning process
To dedicate payments to bills
To ensure the refund in case of guaranty
Stock Management
To implement periodical stock control and to promote destocking
To maintain the planning distribution and to prove delivery dates of subsequent orders
Opt. at FLS/Consi-delivery
cooperation in terms of planning the supplies
Reorder in SAP
Entries of all incomes in SAP
After-Sales Support:
Entry of all complaints in SAP as well as the tracking of all complaints in SAP
Support of the external work in terms of organization of customer calls and fairs
Invitation letter for visa applications (opt.)
Chosen call on customers
