l Ensure the required production volume targets are achieved by planning, scheduling and controlling the production process.l Ensure a safe working condition for operators by compliance with company’s safety policies and practices and maintain a clean and orderly plant at all times.l Implement 5S in HT/SB process.l Ensure that the required production quality standards are met through monitoring, investigating and initiating corrective measures on off-spec production. Ensure that the products meet the customer technical specification.l Support plant productivity targets by optimizing machine uptime / capacities.l Contribute towards a high productive workforce by developing, training, motivating subordinates and enforcing discipline.l Ensure a high profitable operation by monitoring and controlling the production costs and wastel Support Engineering maintenance by adhering to company PM schedulel Implement CIS( Continuous Improvement System) in HT/SB area.

资质要求 Qualification

学历/专业education/majorHigh school or above, understand forging operation, experienced in managing people.

工作经验 working experienceunderstand HT operation, experienced in managing people. 3 years in forging or other manufacturing industry.

management experience2 years in foreman’s position.
